Over the coming weeks, log onto www.pjtv.com to see Kellyanne Conway, Michelle Malkin, Mary Anne Marsh and Jeri Thompson’s interview of Fred Thompson at The Washington Tea Party, as well as PJTV’s interview of Fred Thompson on his new radio show.
On Saturday, February 28, 2009, former U.S. Senator Fred Thompson will be a special guest at PJTV’s Conservatism 2.0 Conference in a segment called The Washington Tea Party. This will take place live at the CPAC 2009 Conference in Washington, D. C., while being videotaped for future broadcasts at www.pjtv.com.
The Washington Tea Party will turn the pervasive liberalism of women’s television talk shows on its head. Its hosts - three conservative and one liberal - are all nationally-known political veterans who know how to spar, but are much more interested in talk.
And their talk with Fred Thompson – a former U.S. Senator, 2008 Republican presidential candidate, and film and TV actor promises to be one you won’t want to miss.
Thompson’s appearance at The Washington Tea Party comes right before he launches the new Fred Thompson Radio Show on Monday, March 2. It is syndicated by Westwood One, and it has more than 125 stations already on board. Westwood One EVP of Affiliate Sales, Dennis Green said: “This will be the biggest talk radio launch since Bill O’Reilly. We have not even hit the air, and radio stations from coast to coast are ready for Fred Thompson to speak to their audiences about the issues that matter.”
