Web Site and Video Operation

Our easy to navigate site displays our current videos as well as some of our achieved videos. For a full list of our past videos library click here.

Videos will normally display in full screen mode once they’ve been loaded, in order to switch back to your browser- with the embedded video- hit the escape key. This will allow you to continue viewing the videos with additional controls.

Video Quality Issues (slow, buffering, missed frames, skipping)

We offer our users 3 different service levels- Basic, Standard, and Premium- the reason for this is to allow our users to enjoy our programming at the best quality possible on their particular computer setups. For the optimum settings on your particular operating system click here.

You can test our PJTV Overview Video here. It runs in STANDARD quality video but you can change it to Basic, Hi Quality, etc.

We also offer an easy to use speedtest here. This will allow you to better qualify what service level is best for your specific Internet speed.

Please note:

Both Premium and Standard members are able to view lower quality videos- if you’re within a location not using your optimum settings- by clicking the View Details link and lowering the video resolution.
If you encounter problems with your playback, close any application that might be using excessive memory, network bandwidth, or processor speed.

Video Doesn't Work at All

Please check that you’re using the optimum settings for your particular operating system.

Note that live video streams and/or archived videos that do not play properly can often lead to a browser crash.
Additionally, you can use the Vividas Diagnostic tool for further assistance with your specific issue.
