| Video Transcript Font size – [Voiceover] Now more than ever, people ask the age old question, "If God is real and all powerful and good, "then what kind of God allows so much evil "and suffering in the world?" Hmm, it's funny when people believe in God enough to put Him at fault somehow. (hard rock music) God did not allow suffering and death into the world, really, Adam and Eve did. Mankind was created in God's image and given dominion up in here. And with that bestowed authority, mankind allowed corruption and death to enter the world. Now, some of y'all would say that's giving God a pass to blame His creation for what's wrong. God didn't get a pass, last I checked, God hung on a cross for what His creation chose to do with the authority that God gave them. So, what do humans want? I'll tell ya. Free will and authority. And God gave us that. We screw it up, not Him. God actually gave us a guideline on how to use our free will. But mankind be like, "Pshh, whatever, "God don't know." Mankind wants the free will to do whatever and wants to have authority. We see it all the time, bossy people with power trips, people trying to run someone else's life or business and try to tell somebody else what to do. And even when you try to stand up and tell somebody else to mind their own business, you're still trying to exercise the authority to tell somebody else what to do. And of course, there's healthy applications of authority and abusive applications of authority. But in our world, we've got to live with both. And with the corrupted free will that we have, we're all subject to each other's free will. That's the state of our world. Even if you're the most decent person in the world, you can still be subject to the free will of the most heinous person in the world. That's not God abandoning you. See, man doesn't want God to abandon him, but doesn't want free will to be abandoned either. In fact, in our corrupt state, man would rather God leave him alone than to be deprived of his free will, even if his free will is corrupted. And God knows if He were to remove free will, man would just hate Him for it. And that's why God has to let the free will of man play out even when the free will of one oppresses the other. Because even in that, man has the chance to realize that his own will is the problem and God's will is the solution. Some will figure that out. Some won't. Many of y'all mock God, expecting Him to prove Himself and dissolve death and suffering and poverty and hunger and war. You would hate God if He did that. Want to know why? Because you couldn't take any credit for it. See, with all your intellect, ideals of revolution, self-righteous save the planet, Utopian ideas that you've cultivated in your brilliant mind, you haven't done a damn thing to lead us towards living in peace. And then God snaps His finger and the world is laid perfect and at peace, but now, how can you boast about how awesome and brainy you are about how you were part of ushering in the Utopian revolution? You would hate God for cheatin' you of your bragging rights. You'd want to boast and you couldn't. Yeah, we can be that full of ourselves and you know it and you've seen examples of it. Second, in order for God to make the world perfect, it would have to be made perfect according to Him. It can't be made perfect according to you. And because His vision of a perfect world doesn't match yours, you'd hate Him for it. But when it gets down to it, not only do you not know how to create a perfect world, you wouldn't know a perfect world if you saw it. And that's why God doesn't just snap His fingers right now and make the world perfect for us. Because it wouldn't be perfect for long. We'd ruin it. In order for us to have a perfect world, it takes the agreement that only the One who creates it and the One who writes its law is right. And right now, as always, we live in a world of disagreement and disharmony and domestic bickerings to genocidal campaigns. And we will not live in harmony and of one accord until mankind acknowledges the truth, that Jesus is the truth and He is the light that shows you the way. People fool themselves into thinking that, "Oh, it's good that we have disagreements "and vigorous debates and have different points "of view," and these people are usually the ones who disrupt the peace or leave the peace vulnerable under the guise of coexisting. Liberals say, "How come there's so much hunger "in our world? "Where's your Jesus when people are hungry?" Jesus proved to you that He could feed the hungry, you haven't. Millions of you mock Jesus and despite all the billions of dollars you guilt trip people into sending, you haven't made one dent in world hunger and you want to point millions of fingers at one Jesus? Who, like I said, that one Jesus could feed the multitudes. Him, not the state, and you're still not satisfied and you still reject Him and mock Him for hunger in the world. You think you've got a better solution to world hunger? Jesus is like, "You know what? Fine. "Go ahead. "I've given you a little over 2,000 years "to solve the world hunger issue "and despite your science and your technology "and worshiping other gods and subscribing to other "philosophies or submitting to the state, "the hunger issue still hasn't been solved." But y'all want to mock the One who proved he could feed the multitudes of the hungry, the One who could cure disease, and the One who defeated death, the One who defeated the very things you hate, you hate. And another reason why we have to endure this stuff is because the last time God showed up, effectively solving the problems we butt-hurt about, He got nailed to a cross for it by the government and "mobacratic" rule. The democratic process of the people's majority said, "Crucify Him." And how interesting is it that the people in America today called Democrats, still reject Jesus. Even Democrats who call themselves Christians reject His teachings. But Jesus ain't gonna go though that again. He knows the hearts of the same kind of people back then are here to reject Him today and would be the same people who would have joined in demanding His crucifixion. It ain't gonna be pretty for them. As it is, still a lot of people asked, "Why does God allow all of this "if He has the power to stop it?" Now, I've already addressed that and I'm gonna add this. It's like people who think that God made Job suffer. God didn't. Satan did. But then, people ask, "Well, why did God allow it?" Job pretty much asked the same quesiton and God, basically, said to Job, "Where were you when I established the medium "that facilitates life as you know it?" Dude, in other words, "Job, listen, do you really think that I went through the effort of making galactic clusters, solar systems, the precision of how the earth is timed and positioned within its network of celestial bodies just so you could suffer? Listen, Job, I don't roll like that. And you should know better. And that goes for all y'all. Why do you implicate God as the cause of disease, poverty, war, oppression, murder, etcetera? You never implicate the devil and the entrance man gave him into the world. Oh, but let me guess, you feel ridiculous implicating the devil, but you don't feel ridiculous implicating God. All right then, I'm AlfonZo Rachel with ZoNation and we'll follow up with this in the next one. In the meantime, while you're waiting, make sure you're jamming to my band, 20 lb Sledge.
